There is a question that has kept me awake many a night. How do shopping channels stay in existence?

Are people sitting there throughout the day with this channel on and legitimately watching to see what cheap products might be available for purchase? Have these people never been to a Walmart or a mall and therefor so deprived from the shopping experience that they need a television personality to interact with the product vicariously for them? Whatever the answer to these questions may be, the entertainment element on shopping channels shows are almost non existent. So we thought we would show you what it would be like if the entertainment value on one of these shows was brought up 110%.
